Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations.
V. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah) within 2–4 business days.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to “out-of-service” areas may incur additional charges or longer lead times.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

2. Refund and Return Policy
At Maishandyas, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be exactly what you expected. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent in accordance with UAE consumer rights.
I. Return Period
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
II. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Personal care goods (beauty products, earrings).
Customized or personalized orders.
Items purchased on “Final Sale” or during “Clearance.”
Perishable goods.
III. The Return Process
